The Inquisitor's Orders is a quest item in Pathologic 2. They are found on the courier in front of the Haruspex's Lair on Day 11 when the Haruspex is required to make a decision on the fate of the Town and the Polyhedron.
The Haruspex's decision with the papers will determine which ending the player gets. If the player destroys the papers, they will trigger the Nocturnal Ending. If they player delivers the papers to Alexander Block in the Town Hall, they will trigger the Diurnal Ending. Failure to find the courier at all on Day 11 will result in the Late Ending.

- The orders are encoded in Base36 cipher. When decoded, the message reads:
- "BY THE ORDERS OF THE STATE INQUISITION I HEREBY DECLARE THE TOWER ON THE OTHER SIDE COLLOQUIALLY KNOWN AS THE POLYHEDRON A SPECULAR STRUCTURE OCCUPYING A TINY ISLAND IN THE RIVER GORKHON TO BE DEMOLISHED FOR ITS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND ITS CRIMINAL HUBRIS PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED..." [1]
- The final courier will not appear in front of the Haruspex's Lair if the player did not visit all three potential locations and talk to the Changeling, the Bachelor, and the bandits at the Broken Heart first.
