Dead Tissue is a quest item found in Pathologic, although it is superfluous. It is only obtainable in the Haruspex's Route.
On Day 4, the Haruspex can find this in Rubin's Prosectorium. The Haruspex may give it to the Bachelor to examine, but it is not required to progress the day's quest.
