Peter Stamatin's Blueprints is a quest item found in Pathologic. It is obtained during the Bachelor Route on Day 10 for the main quest "Clarity and Focus".
In order to obtain Peter Stamatin's Blueprints, the Bachelor must first find Peter Stamatin hiding next to a Stairway to Heaven. He will be disguised as an orderly. Peter asks the Bachelor for five bottles of Twyrine in exchange for the Blueprints.
The blueprints must be brought to Aglaya Lilich in order to complete the main quest.
