Bull's Blood is a quest item in Pathologic. It is obtained during the Haruspex's Route on Day 6 as part of the main quest "Bull's Blood".
The Haruspex needs to bring an infected organ to the Ragi Barrow on the evening of Day 6 and give it to the Worms in order to obtain a vial of Bull's Blood. The vial is then given to the Bachelor to inspect.
