Bride's Heart is a quest item in Pathologic that may be obtained in the Haruspex's Route on Day 5 for the main quest "The Quivering Heart".
While searching for an infected heart to give to the Bachelor, the Haruspex may find a Worm herb gathering hut in the Steppe where a Herb Bride and several Butchers are also standing nearby. The Butchers will demand the Haruspex kill the Herb Bride, and should he comply, he will be able to obtain the Bride's Heart from her corpse. When the heart is given to the Bachelor he will provide the Haruspex with a sum of money and a Blue Vaccine.
