Bull Blood is a quest item in Pathologic 2. It is acquired by butchering and dissecting the bull brought to the Ragi Barrow (which is available from 17:00 on Day 5 until 07:30 on Day 6).

Upon receiving the Bull Blood, the Haruspex will need to bring it to the Bachelor to investigate if bulls are immune to the Sand Plague, and if it can be used for a cure. If, prior to receiving the blood, the Haruspex has successfully tested antibiotics brewed from at least 3 different infected organs (and thus reached a dead-end), then the Bachelor can be found in the Broken Heart, where they can commiserate over their collective failure in discovering a panacea. If not, then the Bachelor can be found in the Stillwater, where he will give the Haruspex permanent access to his bed there for the remainder of the game.

Unlike other blood variants in Pathologic 2, Bull Blood cannot be poured out, used in the Lair's brewery, or poured onto roots in exchange for herbs.
