Beast Head is a quest item found in Pathologic that may be obtained in the Bachelor Route.
On Day 8, the Bachelor seeks permission from Taya Tycheek to enter the Abattoir. He may choose to retrieve this item from an infected house for Taya during the main quest "Subterranean Rot" in order to gain access to the Abattoir.
