"Yas" Tincture (+) is a type of tincture with immunity boosting properties found in Pathologic 2. It is made by the Haruspex by combining White Whip with any herb except Ashen Swish with a Water Bottle via the Alembic within the his Lair. It is the superior version of the "Yas" Tincture, and produces better immunity boosting properties as well as a positive secondary effect (if consumed by the player character).

When consumed by the player character, it increases immunity by 35% and reduces hunger by 5%.

When issued to patients during prophylaxis, "Yas" Tincture (+) will boost their immunity by 30%. It can also be issued to infected patients in effort to discover disease symptoms during diagnosis.

As of Day 4, once the Brewery is fixed, the Haruspex can combine "Yas" Tinctures (+) with organs to create Painkillers and "Yas" Antibiotics. Because it is the superior version of the "Yas" Tincture, using "Yas" Tinctures (+) to brew these items will result in a shorter brewing duration.

"Yas" Tinctures (+) can be traded to Herb Brides, Worms, Infected Townsfolk, and Dandy in the Soul-and-a-Half Fortress.
