Scalpel is a melee weapon in Pathologic 2 that can also be used during autopsy. Of the four surgical tools for autopsy in the game (the others being the Rusty Scalpel, the Lancet, and the Menkhu's Finger), the Scalpel is average in every aspect: price, durability, damage, and surgical success rate. It can be bought from Pharmacies, sold to all stores, and traded to Dandy in the Soul-and-a-Half Fortress.
