Monomycinium is a type of antibiotic in Pathologic 2. It can be bought in Pharmacies or traded with townsfolk starting on Day 4.

When used on oneself, it reduces infection by 30% of its current value, but also reduces health by 40% of its current value.

When used on others during diagnosis, it reduces their infection by 35% of its current value, so long as they are infected in the Blood Layer. If used to treat infected individuals whose infection does not affect the Blood Layer, it reduces infection very slightly.

When used on others during diagnosis, it reduces their infection by 50% of its current value, so long as they are infected in the Blood Layer. If used to treat infected individuals whose infection does not affect the Blood Layer, it reduces infection slightly.

Monomycinum is a type of antibiotic in Pathologic. It can be obtained by trading with children or bought at pharmacies. The second strongest of three antibiotics available to the player.

When taken, the amount of infection is decreased to 40% of its current level, exhaustion increases by a flat 25, and health decreases by a flat 25.
