A Spindle is an item in Pathologic 2. It can be looted from containers or traded from Herb Brides. It can be traded to Chickadees, Doves, Kayuras, Starlings, and Teensies..
On Day 7 a Spindle is required to trade with Anna Angel in exchange for her cursed Heart.

Notes
- Spindles take up 2x2 inventory slots. They stack up to 5.
- A quest involving Anna Angel requires Haruspex to bring her a Spindle. She is plagued with a Heart following her, no matter how she tries to get rid of it. Only by trading a Spindle with Anna will it stop returning to her.
- When bartering, Spindles are worth 4 to Chickadees, 5 to Doves and Teensies, 6 to Kayuras, and 3 to Starlings. It is worth 3 from Herb Brides.
