Blood is an organ in Pathologic 2. It can be harvested from healthy and infected corpses by the Haruspex via autopsy. As of Day 4, Blood can be combined with a Tincture within the Brewery to create Painkillers. It can be sold to Var, traded to Worms, and traded to the Dead Item Shop.

In order to harvest blood from a corpse, the player must have an Empty Bottle in their inventory. Unlike other organs, attempts to harvest blood are always successful, do not require an autopsy tool such as a Scalpel, and do not hurt player reputation.

Throughout the town, there are certain locations where a loud grumbling noise can be heard coming from the ground. If the player stands still in these locations, tree roots will emerge from the earth, prompting the player to give them blood. If the player gives a vial of healthy or infected blood to the roots, they will produce 3 random herbs in exchange.

If consumed by the player character, Painkillers made with blood lower thirst.

Infected Blood is an organ in Pathologic 2. It can be harvested from infected corpses by the Haruspex via autopsy. As of Day 4, Infected Blood can be combined with a Tincture within the Brewery to create Antibiotics. It can be traded to Worms.

Blood is an item in Pathologic. It can be retrieved from corpses by Haruspex and then used for brewing medicine. It can also be received as a reward for winning fights in the Circle of Suok.

Blood can be traded to Worms in exchange for herbs, and a vial is required each day to be able to trade for herbs. It can also be traded with Var.
