Thread is an item in Pathologic 2. It can be used in bartering, repairing clothes, or upgrading Haruspex's inventory in his Lair. It can be traded with Chickadees, Doves, Herb Brides, Kayuras, Orioles, Siskins, and Starlings. Thread can also be bought from tailors.
