Double Barrelled Pistol is a weapon found in Pathologic that is available in all routes; however, it can only be wielded by the Changeling. The Double Barrelled Pistol will be found in the 'Other' category of the inventory rather than 'Weapons' when playing as the Bachelor and the Haruspex, due to their inability to wield this gun.
It is the only weapon that the Changeling is able to wield, besides the scalpel. A Double Barrelled Pistol may be obtained from Notkin in a quest on Day 1 of the Changeling's Route or bought from Bad Grief. The Bachelor will receive a Double Barrelled Pistol from Anna Angel on Day 9, which he is asked to deliver to Lara Ravel.
Double Barreled Pistol deals 130 damage by bodyshot and 390 damage by headshot.
Unlike other guns, such as the Revolver, Shotgun, or Rifle, the Double Barrelled Pistol comes with a very slight delay between the player pressing to fire and actually firing.
In the original 2005 release of Pathologic, Double Barrelled Pistols were named "Derringers".
The Double Barelled Pistol uses Revolver Ammo.

Notes
- The Remington Model 95, or as it is more commonly known, the Derringer, is a real life, Double Barrelled pistol.[1]
- Using the console commands, 'Gun' will cause a Double Barrelled Pistol to appear in the player's 'Weapons' inventory, regardless of which character is being played. It will appear and function as a regular Revolver.
- Using the console commands, 'Gun_danko' will cause a Double Barrelled Pistol to spawn in the player's 'Other' inventory, regardless of which character is being played. It cannot be used, and will be sold at a lower price compared to the regular Double Barrelled Pistol.
